Exchange Policy

You can exchange your old N Gopaldaas Jewellers with a new one, subject to the terms and conditions mentioned below.

1. The exchange value will be limited to the amount quoted on the original invoice of the product being exchanged.
2. The value of the new diamond jewellery selected must be at least 40% higher than the value of the exchanged item.
3. No discounts will be applicable on exchange products.
