For Domestic Online Orders

1. 100% advance payment must be made before delivery.
2. Delivery time is between 15 to 30 days from the order date.
3. The applicable Gold and Silver rate will be based on the date the advance payment is received.
4. Please verify all manufacturing details while taking delivery of the jewels.
5. NO COMPLAINTS WILL BE ENTERTAINED AFTERWARDS.
6. Any inquiry related to the jewellery mentioned must be accompanied by this invoice.
7. Our liability ceases as soon as goods leave our premises.
8. Goods once sold cannot be taken back. The weight recorded at our premises is final for all purposes.
9. We reserve the right to charge 24% p.a. interest if the bill is not settled as per the payment terms.
10. All disputes are subject to Tiruchirappalli jurisdiction.
11. The above goods have been received in good condition, and all specifications mentioned are correct.

For International Online Orders

1. 100% advance payment must be made before delivery.
2. Delivery time is between 30 to 60 days from the order date.
3. All transactions will be conducted in USD.
4. Shipment charges will apply as per the destination.
5. The applicable Gold and Silver rate will be based on the date the advance payment is received.
6. NO COMPLAINTS WILL BE ENTERTAINED AFTERWARDS.
7. All disputes are subject to Tiruchirappalli jurisdiction.
